Speak, swear, create, question, joke, and peacefully protest—in any language. Offense alone does not justify censorship. Neither popularity nor power makes a voice more entitled to freedom.

3. YOUR FREEDOM RESPECTS ANOTHER’S BOUNDARY.

Your identity, privacy, creations, and consent deserve protection. No threats, stalking, fraud, theft, exploitation, or targeted harassment. Everyone may mute, block, or leave. Criticism alone is not abuse.

4. NO ONE STANDS ABOVE THE LAWS.

Users, creators, moderators, and owners answer to the same principles. Rules must be public, enforcement supported by evidence, and restrictions open to appeal. Protect children with appropriate safeguards. When rights conflict, use the least restrictive effective response.
